All virtual prizes and gems are for entertainment purposes only. Prizes are determined using a provably fair system and are not subject to change due to interface glitches or display errors.
All purchases on Pullz.gg are final and processed via Stripe. Wallet top-ups hold no real-world cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. Gems can only be used within Pullz.gg's games or promotions.
You may only register one account per person. Sharing, selling, or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security.
Cheating, farming free rewards, using bots, exploiting bugs, or other abusive behavior is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
Physical shipping is available only for eligible items clearly marked as such. Users must provide accurate shipping information. Pullz.gg is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
All disputes must first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be handled via individual binding arbitration in accordance with Delaware law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Pullz.gg is provided "as-is." We offer no warranties of service availability, uninterrupted access, or specific outcomes. We are not affiliated with any trademarked brands or manufacturers shown.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Pullz.gg after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
